Media Production Specialist

Four Lane Digital is seeking a talented and dependable Multimedia Production Specialist to support creative projects for businesses and organizations throughout the Indianapolis area.

This opportunity is ideal for a versatile visual storyteller who is equally comfortable behind the camera and in the editing room. We're looking for someone who can capture compelling photography and video, understand the objective behind an assignment, and turn raw content into polished work that represents our clients well.

As a Multimedia Production Specialist, you'll support a variety of assignments including branded content, interviews, events, business storytelling, photography, social-first video, and other creative productions.

Depending on the project, you'll collaborate with Four Lane Digital on creative direction or independently execute an established production brief.

You'll also be trusted to represent Four Lane Digital professionally when working directly with our clients, partners, and organizations in the community.

• Capture high-quality photography and videography
• Film interviews, events, branded content, B-roll, and social-first content
• Edit photo and video assets into polished final deliverables
• Execute creative briefs and established project objectives
  
  Identify strong visual and storytelling opportunities while on location
• Maintain organized project files and production assets
• Communicate clearly throughout the production and editing process
• Provide a professional experience when interacting with clients and partners

• Strong photography and/or videography portfolio
• Video editing experience
• Understanding of composition, lighting, audio, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional presence in client-facing environments
• Reliable transportation throughout the Indianapolis area
• Access to appropriate production equipment
• Ability to meet agreed-upon project timelines

This is an Indianapolis-based independent contractor opportunity
. Assignments are offered on a project basis, with scope, deliverables, timeline, and compensation established in advance.

Candidates who demonstrate strong creative ability, reliability, and alignment with our standards may be considered for recurring assignments and future monthly contract opportunities.
