We are seeking a Staff Product Designer (P5) who can lead high-impact product design work across multiple teams, connect adjacent product experiences and turn complex problem spaces into coherent shipped outcomes. You have spent 8+ years designing complex digital products, ideally including SaaS, B2B, platform, workflow-heavy, AI-enabled or similarly sophisticated product experiences.

As a staff individual contributor, you will operate across product areas where the right solution depends on more than one roadmap, team or feature brief. You will partner deeply with Product, Engineering, Data, Research, Design leadership and customer-facing teams to frame the right problems, define product experience direction and help teams move from ambiguity to high-quality execution.

This role requires exceptional craft, strong product judgment and the ability to balance strategic influence with hands‑on design work. You should be comfortable defining experience direction, mapping complex workflows, prototyping new interaction models, strengthening shared patterns and helping teams preserve quality through implementation.

Design systems are an important part of this role, but not the whole role. You will use systems, patterns, accessibility standards and reusable components to connect product experiences while still leading original, customer‑centered design work for high‑impact product areas.

Experience using AI-powered tools for exploration, prototyping, critique, synthesis or workflow acceleration is mandatory. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

• Lead design strategy and execution for complex initiatives that span multiple teams, product surfaces or customer workflows

• Translate customer needs, business goals, technical constraints, data signals and product strategy into clear experience direction

• Partner with product and engineering leaders to clarify problem spaces, sequence design work and align teams around high-quality outcomes

• Create prototypes, workflows, interaction models and high‑fidelity designs that make complex product ideas tangible and testable
