Figma’s Research team seeks an experienced researcher for the Rapid Research program. You’ll work with designers, product managers, and engineers to clarify problems, test ideas, and make quick, data-informed recommendations in one- to two-week sprints.
You’ll rotate across product areas, ramp quickly, and build relationships while shaping product decisions with strong qualitative and quantitative insights. This role is full-time and can be based at a US hub or remote within the United States.
