Call Center Representative (Day Shift)

Shift: Day Shift (Monday–Friday)
Location: Southwest Indianapolis, IN
Job Type: Full-Time

What You’ll DoAnswer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed
Assist customers with questions, account updates, or service issues
Accurately document call details in the system
Follow call scripts, policies, and quality standards
Resolve issues or escalate concerns when appropriate
Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful tone on every call
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Basic computer skills (data entry, navigating multiple screens)
Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Comfortable sitting for extended periods and working on a phone/computer throughout the day
$18.00/hour, paid weekly
Day shift schedule — no nights or weekends
