What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
  • Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
  • Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
  • Utilize expertise in products to assist customers with questions and demonstrate the benefits of switching services
  • Engage in problem-solving to encourage customer commitments
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
  • 3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training is required
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in telecommunications sales or customer service
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to community service and support
