- Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
- Utilize expertise in products to assist customers with questions and demonstrate the benefits of switching services
- Engage in problem-solving to encourage customer commitments
- Proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
- Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
- Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
- 3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training is required
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
- Experience in telecommunications sales or customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrated commitment to community service and support
