Entry Level Customer Service Representative

Our growing event marketing and nonprofit fundraising team is hiring a full-time Entry‑Level Customer Service Representative to support live promotional events and community outreach campaigns.

This position is ideal for candidates seeking entry‑level experience in customer service, event marketing, fundraising, or brand promotion
. No prior experience is required — we provide paid training and hands‑on mentorship.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage directly with the public at live events, represent nonprofit partners, and help create a positive experience for attendees and supporters.

This is a face‑to‑face, event‑based role — not a call center position.

• Provide customer service at live events and fundraising campaigns
