A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Senior Outreach Specialist (Advocate).
Key Responsibilities Make outbound and receive inbound calls to assist individuals in applying for Social Security Disability benefits Evaluate eligibility for benefits by asking questions and explaining regulations in an understandable manner Gather personal and financial information to assist with the initial submission of disability applications while ensuring data integrity
Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a high-touch customer service or call center environment Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong phone communication skills Experience working remotely in a private, quiet office space Strong data entry skills and comfort with contact center software Ability to manage difficult conversations and think critically to find solutions
