The Family Farm Park Team Member supports daily park operations by providing exceptional guest service while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency. This versatile role may include operating a cash register, assisting with admissions, directing parking, managing guest flow, monitoring attractions, and supporting general park needs. However, the primary role will be driving the grain train for the facility tours.

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems accurately.
• Answer guest questions regarding attractions, policies, and schedules.
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming work areas.
• Monitor assigned attractions or activity areas for safe use.
