Location: Indianapolis
We are looking for onshore Remote Customer Support Representatives with at least two years of Call Center Experience and the ability to handle 80 to 100+ calls per day to serve on a team supporting the State of Indiana. Ideal candidates are genuinely excited to helps clients. The Customer Support Representative will act as a liaison, provide services information, answer questions and resolve any emerging problems clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The successful candidate must also have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Keep records of client interactions, process client accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Experience:
- Working knowledge of computers, MS office, etc.
- 1-2 years working as a Customer Support Representative in a phone support role
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree highly desirable
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative
