Campus Classics is looking for a friendly, organized, and creative Customer Service & Marketing Support Associate to join our team!
We’re a long-standing leader in fraternity apparel and licensed merchandise, working directly with national headquarters, student leaders, alumni, and customers across the country. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, learning new systems, and supporting both customer service and marketing projects.
Compensation for this role is $17-$20 per hour and will be determined based on experience, relevant skills, and overall fit for the position.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
- Respond to customer questions through email, phone, and our customer service platform
- Help customers with order status, product questions, sizing, returns, and exchanges
- Assist with custom order inquiries and route them to the correct team member
- Support the sales and marketing team with daily administrative tasks
- Help maintain accurate customer notes and order details
- Communicate with production, shipping, and sales team members to resolve customer needs
- Assist with product launches, website updates, and online store organization
- Help prepare marketing materials for promotions, campaigns, and events
- Support basic social media, email marketing, and content‑related tasks
- Assist with occasional event preparation, product organization, and campaign follow-up
- Provide a friendly, helpful experience that reflects the Campus Classics brand
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with customers
- Organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented
- Positive, proactive, and willing to jump in where needed
- Ability to learn product lines quickly and guide customers through options and ordering processes.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment with cross‑functional teams.
- Basic understanding of or interest in marketing support, social media, or eCommerce platforms.
- Proficiency with common office and customer service software (e.g., email, CRM, order management tools).
- Previous experience in retail, eCommerce, or collegiate/Greek life environments is a plus.
