Customer Service Representative; IND

United Airlines is seeking a Part‑time Customer Service Representative based in Indianapolis. In this role, you will interact with both domestic and international customers, assisting with ticketing, baggage handling, and providing a warm welcome to customers as they begin and end their journey.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Offering friendly, professional, and confident service to resolve customer travel issues
• Engaging with customers in a kind and helpful manner
• Anticipating customer needs and taking responsibility when customer inconveniences occur
• Upholding the highest standards of safety for yourself and your colleagues
• Handling challenges calmly and collaborating with your team to support new processes and technologies

• Starting pay of $19.07 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $37.82 per hour through seniority-based pay raises, shift differential, and overtime

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
