Teller Lead

Position Overview

PNC hires for a [position title] within its [name of division] organization, based in [city/state location of position]. The incumbent will work in an in‑office environment and support the branch’s customer experience and operational goals.

• Coach, mentor, and lead tellers to deliver a unique customer experience that improves financial wellbeing and drives loyalty.
• Process a variety of customer interactions and educate them on financial alternatives.
• Identify banking opportunities during conversations and refer appropriately.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
• Educate customers on options for managing transactions using technology and tools.
• Communicate clearly and handle transactions with accuracy, applying problem‑resolution processes.
• Assist the Branch Manager with performance management and new‑hire selection.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and applicable limits while exercising sound judgment.
• Ensure teller and branch daily operations, including maintenance transactions, are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Demonstrate customer focus, risk management, and effective communication skills.

• 1+ years of related experience in banking or a related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities in customer service, coaching, technology use, and problem resolution.
