Position Overview
The Customer Care Representative (Bilingual English/French) is responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner. Assist clients with order placement, product information, billing questions, and basic troubleshooting. Process returns, credits, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
This position reports to the Customer Care Leader and is part of the Customer Care Team located in Indianapolis, IN and will be an on‑site role.
Responsibilities- Assist clients with order placement, product information, billing questions, and basic troubleshooting and process returns, credits, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, escalating complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed, and collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high‑quality service delivery.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, services, and company procedures and provide support to US & Canada‑based customers, ensuring clear and effective communication in both English and French.
- High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal) with strong communication skills and a customer‑first attitude.
- Associate’s degree.
- Call center or support environment experience.
- Experience in Oracle, Outlook/Shared inbox.
The hourly range for this role is $24.00 - $26.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
Bonus/incentive pay eligibility. Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
