Indiana State Park Inns operates seven unique lodging facilities across the state, including Abe Martin Lodge outside Nashville, Indiana.

Camp Store Attendant and Pool Concessions:Abe Martin Lodge is currently hiring for Camp Store Attendant and Pool Concessions positions.
A Day in the Life:Guest Services employees serve as front‑line customer service to guests. The following are essential functions:
- Camp Store Attendant – responsible for assisting guests in the selection and purchase of items from the camp store. Salary: $12.65 per hour.
- Concessions Attendant – responsible for aiding guests in purchasing concessions items. Salary: $12.65 per hour.
- Gift Shop Attendant – responsible for assisting guests in purchasing gifts. Salary: $12.65 per hour.
- Guest Services Representative – responsible for providing information, answering questions, resolving issues, and handling front‑desk monetary responsibilities. Salary: $14.23 per hour.
- Night Auditor – responsible for front‑desk operations from 11 pm to 7 am to maintain high standards of service. Salary: $16.45 per hour.
- Maintenance Technician – responsible for assistance in repairs, preventive maintenance, and remodeling projects. Salary: $15.23 per hour.
- Professional ability to take care of guests’ needs.
- Capability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to wear the provided uniform.
- Ability to work in potentially inclement weather.
- Degree not required.
Full‑time workforce supplemented by intermittent and part‑time employees. Part‑time employees work 30‑36 hours per week and are eligible for a limited benefits package including medical insurance, paid time off, and new parent leave. Intermittent employees work less than 30 hours per week and are not eligible for benefits.
