Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Representative role located in Fair Oaks, IN. The Front Desk Representative will be the first point of contact for guests, greeting arrivals, answering questions, and providing helpful information about the property and local area. Daily responsibilities include handling phone calls, managing reservations and check-in/check-out processes, processing payments, and maintaining accurate guest records. The role also involves responding to guest concerns, coordinating with operations and maintenance teams, and ensuring common areas and front desk spaces are clean, organized, and welcoming.

The Front Desk Representative will support the broader team by assisting with administrative tasks, promoting campground amenities, and helping guests have a safe, enjoyable stay.

Qualifications
  • Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Receptionist Duties, with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
  • Experience managing Reservations and guest check-in/check-out processes in hospitality or a similar setting.
  • Clear, courteous Communication and polished Phone Etiquette when interacting with guests, vendors, and team members.
  • Ability to use basic office and reservation software, handle cash and electronic payments accurately, and maintain organized records.
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working on-site in Fair Oaks, IN, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior front desk, campground, hotel, or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfort working in an outdoor-oriented, hospitality environment and collaborating with a diverse, multi-functional team.
