- Answer inbound calls and help customers schedule service
- Assist with maintenance agreement members and new customer inquiries
- Listen actively, understand the issue, and guide customers to the right solution
- Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
- Use scheduling tools and customer management software
- Work closely with your call center team to keep operations running smoothly
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ year of call center experience
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Excellent time management and organization
- Ability to stay focused in a fast‑paced environment
- Dependability, accountability, and a strong work ethic
