Location: Perrysburg, OH Position type:

Hours
  • Monday: 1-7 pm
  • Tuesday: 1-7 pm
  • Saturday: 8-2 pm
  • Sunday: 8-4 pm
About the role

At Drybar Perrysburg, every position plays a direct role in delivering a seamless, confidence‑building guest experience. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you’ll manage guest flow, booking, and membership conversations while maintaining organization and connection in a high‑energy salon environment. We’re looking for someone organized, personable, and comfortable balancing guest experience with sales support.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and create a polished first impression
  • Manage booking, confirmations, waitlists, and check-in/check-out
  • Educate guests on memberships, packages, and retail products
  • Maintain appointment accuracy and support daily service flow
  • Schedule management
  • Build guest relationships that drive repeat visits
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
  • Participate in ongoing training and operational support
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Comfortable with sales conversations and performance goals
  • Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
  • Basic computer and booking system comfort
  • Weekend and evening availability preferred
