At Domino’s, a Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling an array of front‑facing duties. You will take orders, make pizzas, and provide the best customer experience in a fun and fast‑paced environment. You must be outgoing, efficient, and professional.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare products to standards.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Communicate verbally and written with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Clean equipment and facility; maintain sanitation schedule.
• Perform essential functions such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing accurately and quickly.
• Make correct monetary change and/or lift 40–50 lbs.
• Enter orders using computer keyboard or touchscreen.
