Location: Nashville

Mainstream Fiber Networks is seeking a Customer Experience Manager in Nashville, Indiana. This role manages the end-to-end customer experience, facilitating service delivery and claims handling. You will ensure seamless onboarding, installation coordination, and act as the primary contact for customer communication.

Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma and 2-4+ years of relevant experience. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction are essential. The schedule is Tuesday-Saturday from 11 AM to 8 PM EST.
