Location: Indianapolis
Leidos LLC in Indianapolis, IN is seeking full-time Customer Service Representatives to assist renters, home buyers, and homeowners with HUD housing requests. You will provide knowledge of rental assistance programs and FHA mortgage programs in a dynamic call center environment.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a contact center, a high school diploma, and excellent soft skills. Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule, benefits on day one, and paid time off. Opportunities for company-sponsored public trust eligibility upon hire will be provided.
