The Opportunity

You will serve as the essential communication hub, driving the daily efficiency of our mechanical service operations through expert scheduling and bilingual support. This role empowers you to manage complex logistics while ensuring every customer receives the high-quality service that defines our family-oriented culture. You will have the autonomy to solve real-time scheduling challenges with the full support of a team that values personal and professional growth.

How

You Will Make An Impact
  • Coordinate and dispatch service technicians to maximize daily response times and operational efficiency.
  • Communicate professionally with a diverse customer base in both English and Spanish to provide accurate service updates.
  • Manage real-time technician progress and adjust schedules proactively to accommodate emergency service requests.
  • Translate complex customer concerns into detailed technical service tickets to ensure field accuracy.
  • Resolve logistical issues and customer inquiries using strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Maintain precise documentation within CRM systems to ensure project transparency and department alignment.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in dispatching, administrative support, or high-volume call center environments.
  • Professional fluency in both English and Spanish to support our diverse Indianapolis community.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn specialized dispatching software.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and maintain organizational accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills necessary for managing both customer expectations and team dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Prior experience dispatching specifically within the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical service industries.
  • Advanced proficiency with specialized CRM or mechanical service dispatching software.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex logistical challenges and think critically under pressure.
