We take pride in delivering excellent customer service in a clean, motivating, and welcoming environment. We are currently seeking a Front Desk Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Position Overview

As the first point of contact for members and guests, the Front Desk Customer Service Representative plays a key role in providing outstanding service and ensuring a positive experience at Get Fit. This position requires a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service and fitness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in members and guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding memberships, services, and programs
  • Process new memberships, renewals, and cancellations in accordance with company policies
  • Assist with point-of-sale transactions, including retail and service purchases
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area
  • Address member concerns and elevate issues to management when necessary
  • Support daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
  • Perform light administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service, front desk, or receptionist experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and positive, outgoing personality
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills; experience with POS or membership management software is a plus
  • Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
