Notre Dame Athletics develops and challenges each student‑athlete to pursue excellence and serve as a force for good in the world. To support this mission, the Ushers provide comprehensive guest services for Athletic Department, University and External Events held on campus, with a focus on safety, operational effectiveness, and hospitality.
Job DescriptionThe Usher Program seeks to set the industry standard for guest services. All Ushers must understand and adhere to established University of Notre Dame policies and procedures and maintain a neat and professional appearance.
Qualifications- Candidate must possess a pleasant disposition and strive for excellent customer service.
- Great interpersonal skills are critical.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift, reach and bend.
- May be required to be outdoors during inclement weather.
- Candidate must be able to read and decipher small print on tickets and must be able to think on their feet.
Hourly rate: $11.00/hour
