Overview
Apex Benefits, Indiana’s largest employee benefits brokerage and consulting firm, seeks a client service professional located on the north side of Indianapolis. The role is hybrid, requiring four days in the office and one remote day.
Responsibilities- Support Advisors and Account Executives by managing client relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Act as the primary resource for plan questions, benefits administration support, issue resolution, and renewal coordination.
- Maintain strong, proactive communication with assigned accounts to enhance client satisfaction.
- Work with a collaborative team of benefits experts and clinicians.
