Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred and will receive priority consideration.
We are partnering with an established manufacturing company seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customer orders, quotations, and day‑to‑day communication between customers and internal manufacturing teams.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a manufacturing environment and understands the importance of order accuracy, production schedules, inventory availability, and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer orders, quotes, and order updates
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Communicate pricing, product availability, lead times, and shipment updates
- Coordinate closely with production, inventory, purchasing, shipping, and sales teams
- Resolve customer issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records within ERP systems and customer databases
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel daily
- 2+ years of Customer Service, Customer Account Management, Order Entry, Sales Support, or Inside Sales experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience processing orders, quotes, purchase orders, and customer requests
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with production, inventory, purchasing, shipping, and sales teams
- Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
- $23–$26/hr
