Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Amazon Customer Service Associate, your purpose is to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You’ll be the first point of contact for Norwegian and British customers through phone, chat, and/or email—handling everything from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance. You’ll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions while communicating effectively with customers.
WorkingHours
This role requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most. You will work day and evening shifts, and your weekly work week is a minimum of 40 hours (5×8 hours). We schedule based on a variety of shift patterns within the operating hours of 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Sunday, and you may be required to work on national holidays and Sundays.
Schedules are known at least 4 weeks in advance to support personal planning.
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English (both written and oral fluency)
- Experience working with a computer
- The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within 9 am to 6 pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (weekends, holidays, and overtime as required)
- Initial eight/nine weeks availability for full‑time training (paid) – no holidays can be taken during this time
- Hard‑working, articulate, and detail‑oriented
- Friendly and customer‑focused in every situation
- Ability to learn quickly and embrace change
- Comfortable multitasking in a high‑energy environment
