The Parking Supervisor is generally responsible for supervising parking staff for events in the Downtown New Orleans area. This position reports to the Parking Manager.

This role pays an hourly rate between $20.00–$22.00.

This position will remain open until July 24th, 2026.

• Maintain core values while working on property.
• Inspect parking lots several times throughout the day.
• Ensure safe and efficient traffic patterns for all guests.
• Assist manager with event day operations of parking lots and traffic flow.
• Assist manager with enforcement of employee parking program.
• Ensure event day checklists are followed and completed for the entirety of the event.
• Ensure the campus is set up and lots are ready for the event.
• Report traffic incidents in lots to the manager.
• Perform traffic material/supply inventory along with parking operations.
• Perform inventory management.
• Assist manager by gathering information to respond to guest inquiries and investigate complaints/concerns.
• Assist with the continuous evaluation and adjustment of the pedestrian and vehicle way finding signage program.

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• 2–3+ years of prior experience in event operations or parking operations is preferred.
• Must be able to legally operate vehicles.
• Core customer communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player.
• Must have flexibility to work shifts on weekdays, weekday evenings, weekends, early mornings, and late nights and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Experience working in the customer service industry is a plus.
