Ascension - 515 North Main Street - Responsibilities:
Source and recruit qualified residents to maintain facility capacity by marketing to hospitals, home care, hospice, and the broader community;
Coordinate admission and discharge processes, including managing tour requests and handling inquiries;
Assess resident information for appropriate placement while maintaining and distributing accurate facility census data and statistics;
Assist with daily facility operations, including hiring, scheduling, assigning work, and monitoring staff performance;
Evaluate and improve the quality of services to ensure customer satisfaction and effective functioning for residents, families, and partners
