JD Development De GmbH Customer Service Specialist

JD Development De GmbH is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to act as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company guidelines.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer needs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new offerings.
  • Adhere to company service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
Job Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a technology or development-focused company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1/C2 level required).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant customer support tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluency in German is a plus but not mandatory.
