Part-Time Guest Experience Crew Member

Position Overview

Circus Trix, LLC dba Sky Zone seeks part‑time crew members offering diverse departmental experience while developing workforce skills such as customer service, safety management, and communication.

An application is required to be considered, but prior work experience is not required.

Open part‑time roles include:

• Court Monitor (Safety Crew)
• Café Associate
• Party Host
• Front Desk
• Membership Sales

All crew members must work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues to provide a friendly, memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Comfortable engaging with large groups of people in a dynamic environment.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Previous experience in a high‑volume, customer‑facing role (entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.) is ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience is a bonus.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Physical demands include remaining stationary or moving around the park for extended periods and lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy, often loud indoor environment.

Starts at $17.81 per hour; maximum $18.81 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
