Your RoleAs a Homesense CSR, you’re the steady first voice a customer hears. You’ll listen, ask the right questions, and help people feel taken care of from the start. You’ll work closely with dispatch and the field team to keep days running smoothly, set clear expectations, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You’ll be trusted with details, supported by a team that communicates, and equipped with the tools and training to grow.
What You’ll Do- Answer calls and messages with patience, clarity, and warmth
- Ask smart questions to understand the issue, the timing, and what the customer needs
- Schedule appointments and communicate next steps in a clear, calm way
- Create accurate job notes and customer records, including photos and details when needed
- Coordinate with technicians and dispatch when schedules shift or jobs evolve
- Document interactions and updates through Service Titan
- Uphold a consistent, respectful customer experience every time
- Contribute to team culture through reliability, kindness, and follow-through
- Represent the Homesense brand with professionalism in tone, accuracy, and care

- Strong communication skills and comfort talking with homeowners
