Step Stone Hospitality in Indianapolis is seeking a front desk/guest service agent to register guests, issue keys, and coordinate reservations and guest services. You will handle mail, messages, inquiries about hotel services, and maintain room availability and rates.
The role requires professionalism, strong communication, and the ability to work in a 24/7 environment. Experience in customer service is required;
Marriott systems and Lightspeed PMS experience is a plus.
