Location: Indianapolis
CGS is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting a wide-ranging customer support initiative for a large Federal agency. You will reply to calls and emails about housing and FHA mortgages, using a knowledge base and SOPs to resolve inquiries, and document all communications in our database.
The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, a high school diploma or GED, and at least two years of customer service experience.
