As our Membership & Community Experience Lead, you'll help create a place where every person feels seen, welcomed, and inspired to connect. Whether you're celebrating a member's milestone, introducing someone to a new class, solving a challenge with kindness, or helping a family discover all the opportunities available to them, you'll play an important role in shaping experiences that make people want to come back.

This is more than a customer service position, it's an opportunity to build relationships, strengthen community, and help people thrive. You'll support and encourage our Welcome Center team, serve as a trusted leader during evenings and weekends, and help ensure every interaction reflects the values that make the JAM Center special.

What You'll DoWelcome every member and guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine care.

Help people find programs, services, and opportunities that fit their goals and interests.

Lead tours and celebrate new members as they become part of the JAM community.

Support the Welcome Center team by providing guidance, encouragement, and leadership during your shift.

Coordinate memberships, registrations, and daily operations with accuracy and attention to detail.

Create memorable experiences through member appreciation events, outreach, and community engagement.

Solve problems with compassion, professionalism, and a people-first mindset.

Help keep our Welcome Center running smoothly, safely, and joyfully.
