Job Summary: The Customer Service Rep is responsible for operating store equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone and in‑person orders, managing inventory, and maintaining facility cleanliness. The role supports efficient service during all operating hours.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instruction, communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers, and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change and perform quick, accurate calculations.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 50 lb, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Good verbal, written, and telephone skills; strong eye‑hand coordination; and motor coordination between eyes and fingers for precise movements.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

• Varying temperature range from 36 °F to above 90 °F; exposure to hot surfaces up to 500 °F.
• Exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust.
• Involves standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 50 lb, carrying heavy cans or trays, and pushing/pulling trays on dollies.
• Requires forward bending, reaching, crouching, and eye‑hand coordination.
• Must be able to navigate stairs or ladders for maintenance tasks.
