Job Overview

Leidos is hiring full‑time Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for our FHA Resource Center in Indianapolis, IN. The team supports the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of Single‑Family Housing.

• Reply to calls and emails from the public about housing and FHA mortgage programs.
• Utilize the knowledge base and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to provide accurate answers.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a high‑volume call center and handle customer complaints.
• Document all customer email and phone communications within the internal database.

• Minimum 2 years experience in a high‑volume contact center, including handling customer complaints.
• Bilingual and fully fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Experience following SOPs and using knowledge bases, FAQs, and internal support tools.
• Proficient keyboarding at least 40 words per minute.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance (credit check and background investigation).

• Background in omnichannel call center operations.
• Experience in rental property management or mortgage servicing, including complaint resolution.

• Monday–Friday schedule; no weekend work.

Pay rate: $20.42 per hour.

Work hours:

10:00am – 6:30pm ET (10am – 6:30pm; shift availability: 11:30am – 8:00pm ET based on customer needs).
