Some roles ask you to serve customers. This one asks you to genuinely engage them - and if you've worked in customer service, you already know the difference. You know how to make someone feel heard, how to build trust fast, and how to leave every interaction better than it started. That's not a "soft skill" - it's the core of what we do, just applied face-to-face out in the field instead of over a counter or a phone line.
This is an event-based, people-first role where your job is to represent brands directly to the public, start conversations, build genuine rapport, and create a positive experience that reflects well on the brands you represent. It's less about hitting a script and more about being genuinely good with people - which, if you've come from customer service, hospitality, or any front-facing role, is exactly what you've already been doing.
We look for people from customer service backgrounds because you understand something many people don't: engagement isn't about being the loudest person in the room; it's about being present, adaptable, and genuinely interested in whoever's in front of you. We'll build on that with proper training in sales and campaign strategy, but the foundation, the people instinct, is something you already bring.
What we're looking for:- Background in customer service, hospitality, or another engagement-heavy, people-facing role
- Naturally curious and genuinely interested in people, not just transactional in interactions
- High energy, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, varied environment
- Open-minded and ambitious about developing new skills within sales

Earnings: 600 - 800 per week
