Role Overview
The Order Fulfillment Specialist manages the end-to-end customer order experience from inquiry through delivery. This role handles customer communications, order changes, returns, credits/debits, pricing, invoicing, and logistics while partnering with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and orders from initiation through delivery via phoneand email.
• Process order changes, replacements, returns, credits, and debits.
• Troubleshoot issues related to pricing, invoicing, products, and logistics.
• Trackand analyze customer/order trends and proactively resolve issues.
• Coordinate product promotions, process changes, and marketing initiatives.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve service.
• Identify process improvements and support quality objectives.
• Provide reporting, specialized support, and assistance with special projects.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’sdegree + 1 year of customer service experience,
  or 3+ years of customer service experience
  .
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with order management, order fulfillment, customer service, or related operations.
• SAPand Salesforce experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Abilityto work effectively in a hybrid, on-site environment.
