Direct Hire | Northwest Indianapolis | Up to $30/hr ($63,000/year)
We're seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support customers, coordinate service appointments, and work closely with field technicians to keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a fast-paced role that combines customer service, scheduling, dispatching, and administrative support.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and web channels
Schedule and coordinate service appointments
Support technicians with routing, scheduling updates, and job-related information
Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive service experience
Process payments, maintain account records, and document customer interactions
Assist with customer retention efforts, membership renewals, and review requests
Generate reports and provide general administrative support
Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, scheduling, call center, or coordination roles
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with computer systems and data entry
Positive, customer-focused approach
Dispatching or route scheduling
Service industry environment
Call center experience
Customer retention or account support
Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:30 PM
Overtime required as business needs dictate, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $63,000.00 per year
