Salary: $24/hr plus bonus options.
Location: 7225 US-31 S, Indianapolis, IN 46227, United States

• Bonusing Options:
  We offer a $300 monthly attendance bonus for Full-Time and $150 monthly for Part-Time, a production bonus starting at $150 monthly, a $3 hourly shift premium for evenings and weekends, and more.

  Assistance with Hep B and CPR certification, with a production bonus.

• Assist with digital radiographs and support complex treatments (e.g., fillings, root canals, and other procedures).
• Prepare treatment rooms, prep instruments, and provide a welcoming, patient-focused experience.
• Work closely with clinical and front office teams to ensure smooth office operations.
• Take vitals and help manage patient records to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.

• Experience:
  
  1-2 years as an EFDA; active Indiana Dental Radiographer License; knowledge of dental instrumentation and sterilization methods.
• Customer Service:
  Strong ability to make patients feel at ease, even in high-pressure situations.
• Communication:
  Effective verbal and written communication with patients and the clinical team.
• Flexibility and Adaptability:
  Thrive in a fast-paced environment and open to change and innovation.
• Tech-Savvy:
  Proficient with computers and electronic medical records.
