Same Day Dental - Community Dental Partners is seeking a spirited and proactive EFDA to be a vital part of our vibrant team. You’ll help create positive experiences, solve challenges on the fly, and ensure every patient leaves with a smile.

• Set up treatment rooms and prepare instruments; provide a welcoming, friendly environment for patients.
• Assist with dental procedures, including complex treatments like fillings and root canal therapy (RCTs).
• Take digital radiographs and manage patient records with accuracy and care.
• Collaborate with clinical and front office teams to ensure smooth office operations.
• Monitor and maintain patient comfort and safety throughout visits.

• 1–2 years of proven experience as an EFDA; active Indiana Dental Radiographer License; knowledge of dental instrumentation and sterilization methods.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to put patients at ease in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication skills; able to interact effectively with patients and team members.
• Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced environment; openness to change and innovation.
• Tech-savvy; proficient with computers and electronic medical records.

• Salary: $24/hour plus bonus options; health, dental, and vision insurance options; disability and life insurance.
