The Staff Pad has partnered with Isaac’s Family Dental, located in Indianapolis, IN to identify an experienced Associate Dentist who thrives in a patient-focused, team-oriented private practice environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist with strong general dentistry and endodontic experience who wants autonomy, strong clinical support, and the ability to step into an established practice with immediate patient demand. This practice offers a laid-back, collaborative culture where teamwork matters, patient care comes first, and everyone contributes to the success of the office.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out
  • Established private practice with strong patient flow
  • Immediate production opportunity with growth-focused leadership
  • Endodontic experience highly valued
  • Modern technology, including same-day crowns and digital workflow
  • Supportive team with 3 hygienists and 3 expanded function dental assistants
  • Mentorship available with autonomy to practice at a high level
  • Relaxed, team-first office culture with strong long-term stability
About the Practice

Isaac's Family Dental is a well-established dental practice focused on delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

The office values dentists who are clinically strong, easy to work with, and willing to be part of the team—not someone who operates with a “that’s not my job” mentality. This is a practice, where personality fit matters just as much as clinical skill.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform endodontic procedures with confidence and efficiency
  • Support oral surgery procedures when applicable
  • Build strong relationships with patients and maintain high-quality care standards
  • Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and leadership
  • Contribute to practice growth through strong patient outcomes and teamwork
What We’re Looking For
  • DDS or DMD degree
  • Active Indiana dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • 3–5 years of experience preferred
  • Oral surgery experience is a strong plus
  • Team player with a patient-first mindset
  • Positive personality and strong cultural fit
Schedule
  • Part-time
  • Fridays preferred
  • Flexible on second day
What You Can Expect
  • Strong production opportunity
  • Modern clinical tools and digital dentistry workflow
  • Supportive and experienced clinical staff
  • Leadership open to mentorship and long-term growth
  • A stable, well-run private practice where you can make a real impact

If you want to be part of a practice known for its commitment to high-quality patient care, advanced clinical technology, and a supportive team-oriented environment where providers can thrive professionally, we encourage you to apply today.
