Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview

Pay range $50-60 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. Benefits include 401(k), PTO, continuing education credits, and flexible schedules.

Dental Hygienist

• Deliver direct dental care and associated services under general supervision of a dentist
• Provide quality, compassionate care to every patient
• Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take x‑rays, apply sealants and fluoride, and other related procedures
• Offer same‑day care opportunities and excellent customer service
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene
• Assess dental condition and review medical history
• Adhere to all government regulations and company standards
• Guide parents and patients through the treatment process
• Assist with dental and perio charting, take x‑rays and save into patient charts when necessary
• Provide memorable experiences with compassion for patients and parents

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
• CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire)
