General Dentist – Lawrenceburg, IN
A growing dental organization is seeking a compassionate and skilled General Dentist to join its patient-centered team. This opportunity offers clinical autonomy, mentorship, and extensive professional development support in a collaborative practice environment focused on delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive dental care, including preventive, restorative, and diagnostic services
- Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on oral health and treatment options
- Build and maintain strong patient relationships through exceptional clinical care and communication
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff to deliver an outstanding patient experience
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Adhere to all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards of practice
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on quality patient outcomes
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school, or currently enrolled in an accredited dental program leading to a DDS or DMD degree
- Current dental license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure
- DEA certification or ability to obtain
- Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
