Job Overview
Orthodontic Assistant is a pivotal role to Orthodontic Partners, serving as the primary supporting person to the doctor team. This position is day shift, full‑time with benefits, averaging 32‑36 hours, Monday through Thursday, with occasional half‑day coverage on Fridays.

Responsibilities- Establish a trusting rapport with patients, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
- Educate patients on orthodontic care and treatment practices.
- Work chairside with patient care, including assisting in placing and removing orthodontic appliances.
- Take X‑rays, pictures, and fabricate retainers.
- Maintain patient charts and transcribe doctor notes accurately.
- Keep patient rooms stocked, organized, clean, sterilized, and prepare equipment.
- Be receptive to coaching and training from doctors to develop skills.
- Other duties as required.

- Knowledge of orthodontics, related treatment appliances, and equipment.

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of orthodontic experience required.
Where required by state law and/or city ordinance, this employer will provide the Social Security Administration (SSA) and, if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), with information from each new employee’s Form I‑9 to confirm work authorization.
