Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview

Pay range: $50–60 per hour, negotiable based on experience.

Sign‑on/relocation bonus: up to $10,000 for full‑time; $5,000 for part‑time.

Compensation includes bi‑weekly uncapped production bonuses and monthly bonuses based on office performance.

Continuing education reimbursement: eligible hygienists may receive up to $250 per year after one year of employment.

Company‑provided certifications and training for CPR, radiology, nitrous oxide, etc., with reimbursement of eligible training expenses.

• Deliver direct dental care and associated services under general supervision of a dentist.
• Provide quality and compassionate care to all patients.
• Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take x‑rays, apply sealants and fluoride, and related procedures.
• Offer same‑day care options and provide excellent customer service.
• Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction.
• Assess patient needs and review medical history.
• Adhere to government regulations and company standards.
• Guide parents and patients through the treatment process.
• Assist with dental and perio charting as needed.
• Take x‑rays and store them in patient charts when necessary.
• Create memorable patient experiences by showing compassion.

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
• CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA with hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
