Overview
Pay range: $50–60 per hour, negotiable based on experience.
Sign‑on/relocation bonus: up to $10,000 for full‑time; $5,000 for part‑time.
Compensation includes bi‑weekly uncapped production bonuses and monthly bonuses based on office performance.

Continuing education reimbursement: eligible hygienists may receive up to $250 per year after one year of employment.
Company‑provided certifications and training for CPR, radiology, nitrous oxide, etc., with reimbursement of eligible training expenses.
Responsibilities- Deliver direct dental care and associated services under general supervision of a dentist.
- Provide quality and compassionate care to all patients.
- Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take x‑rays, apply sealants and fluoride, and related procedures.
- Offer same‑day care options and provide excellent customer service.
- Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction.
- Assess patient needs and review medical history.
- Adhere to government regulations and company standards.
- Guide parents and patients through the treatment process.
- Assist with dental and perio charting as needed.
- Take x‑rays and store them in patient charts when necessary.
- Create memorable patient experiences by showing compassion.
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
- CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA with hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
