General Dentist - Lawrenceburg, IN

A growing dental organization is seeking a compassionate and skilled General Dentist to join its patient-centered team. This opportunity offers clinical autonomy, mentorship, and extensive professional development support in a collaborative practice environment focused on delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive dental care, including preventive, restorative, and diagnostic services
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on oral health and treatment options
  • Build and maintain strong patient relationships through exceptional clinical care and communication
  • Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff to deliver an outstanding patient experience
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Adhere to all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards of practice
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on quality patient outcomes
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school, or currently enrolled in an accredited dental program leading to a DDS or DMD degree
  • Current dental license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure
  • DEA certification or ability to obtain
  • Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain
  • Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
  • Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning
