Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – New Haven Dental Center

The Registered Dental Hygienist plays a key role in patient care, prevention, and education while supporting clinical efficiency and an excellent patient experience.
Responsibilities- Provide prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing
- Take dental radiographs
- Perform periodontal charting
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment needs
- Assist in co-diagnosing treatment when appropriate
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Follow OSHA and CDC infection control standards
- Support schedule flow and patient experience
- Work collaboratively with the doctor and team
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license (Indiana)
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of dental radiography
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Professional, dependable, and team oriented
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Commitment to quality patient care
