We're looking for an exceptional Practice Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds high-performing teams, holds people accountable, and creates an outstanding patient experience while driving operational excellence.

What You'll Do

As the Practice Manager, you'll serve as the operational leader of the office, partnering with doctors and support teams to ensure every day runs efficiently and every patient receives exceptional care.

You'll be responsible for:

Leading, coaching, and developing the entire office team

Creating a culture of accountability, urgency, teamwork, and exceptional service

Driving office production and same-day treatment acceptance

Monitoring provider and team schedules to maximize productivity

Identifying opportunities to improve patient flow and eliminate bottlenecks

Ensuring treatment plans are presented confidently and financial options are discussed with every patient

Coaching Business Assistants and clinical teams on patient communication and conversion opportunities

Monitoring key performance indicators and creating action plans to improve results

Maintaining staffing levels, scheduling, and daily operational readiness

Ensuring OSHA, HIPAA, documentation, and regulatory compliance

Leading morning huddles and keeping the team focused on daily goals

Handling patient concerns professionally while creating five-star experiences

Maintaining office appearance, organization, inventory, and equipment readiness

Working closely with leadership to implement company initiatives and standardize processes

Proven ability to improve production and operational performance

Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills

Experience presenting KPIs and holding teams accountable

Comfortable using dental practice management software and technology
