What Makes This Role DifferentOur providers focus on full mouth and half mouth dentistry at the first appointment and our EFDAs are a critical part of making that happen. We believe dentistry should fit into our patients' lives—not disrupt them. By delivering same-day, comprehensive care whenever possible, we help patients get out of pain, restore their health, and avoid taking unnecessary time away from work and family.
You’ll work alongside doctors performing:
Full-mouth rehabilitation
Crown and bridge procedures
Surgical and simple extractions
Root canal therapy
Large restorative cases
No two days look the same.
If you enjoy variety, efficiency, and staying productive, you'll fit right in.
What You’ll DoPlace permanent restorations utilizing your EFDA certification
Fabricate and adjust temporary restorations
Coronal polish and apply fluoride treatments
Take digital radiographs and CBCT scans
Assist during surgical, restorative, and endodontic procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
Maintain strict sterilization and infection control standards
Educate patients on treatment and post-operative instructions
Document procedures accurately in the clinical chart
Help maintain an efficient patient flow from start to finish
Support same-day treatment conversions and comprehensive care
What We’re Looking ForEFDA experience
Knowledge of restorative, surgical, and endodontic procedures
Strong organization and multitasking skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
Passion for patient care and continuous learning
Team-first mentality
